o5 vs 08 spindles /hubs

so ive heard everyone does it but i havent really heard the why??? also will the 08 brakes fit on the 05 stuff

The brakes are the same. You will need the spindles, hubs, and upper a-arms from the 04/05 to make the conversion. Of course, if you are going with aftermarket a-arms, order for an 04/05 model.
