Hi i have a 2001 426ex it has wisco pistion 11:1 stage 2 hotcam. Supper trap slip on. 450 swimg arm and axel. . .... I ride alot of trails i like to jump anf ride wheelies i dont race it but i want it to be fast lol what gear should i run on it? It has like a 18 36...

There's no way you have an 18 on the front. I don't think it's even physically possible. I'm running 15/38 with 20s and it's pretty quick on a stock motor. I'd run that on your's, or run 15/37 if you have 22's.

Well its huge like therr is no room to slip any thing in there. ....Idk i havent taken the chain off but i counted it as good as i can

Maybe it is possible, but I've never heard of anyone running anything taller than a 15 on the front. Anyway, you want a larger front sprocket and smaller rear sprocket. So if you do have an 18 then throw a 36 on the back and you won't be able to go much faster, gear-wise atleast.

stock gearing is the best of both worlds.

I went to 15/37 and Im quite happy. Still plenty of torque but the gears are a bit longer which is nice. 1st is now somewhat usable and second is MUCH better.

Before I would be in 3rd if not 4th most of the time in tighter areas, now I can hang in 3rd mostly.
