dont wait that long to change your chain,
if it breaks and ruins your case it will be much more costly then a chain.

I buy chain in bulk and split the cost with my buddies, it works out that I get at least one free chain length,

i change my chain out with different size sprocket combinations that I run and keep the hours low on each length chain,

this way I get a few seasons out of each chain, as the actual hours are very low on each

Need new chain, myself I prefer the DID X ring 520 chain, its sealed super well and last and lasts and lasts.

To remove the oil chain your going to have to cut it off. You will also need to cut your new chain to length (unless you order 94 links which is stock size or it comes that way). Then its super simple to install.

after seven years your sprockets have to be worn also...

replace them all with chain as a set, or it will prematurely wear the new chain

I replaced the sprockets about a month ago so they should be all set.

just for future reference if your sprockets are worn replace the chain, but check your new ones real good to make sure the worn chain didnt cause much wear
