lights on 300

Hey new to the fourm but I have a 300ex and was wanting to put head lights on it for night riding. I'm wondering what size lights I should use and wont hurt my charging system.

Anything under 50 watts total for the light is safe. A lot of ppl, including myself, bought the kit from Walmart and swapped out the bulbs included to like 20 or 25 watts each. I'll post a pic of my setup when I get the chance.
