how do you change the grap bar on a 08 its welded to sub frame also where can you get the plastic insert for the kick starter on a electric model

The grab bar is not welded from the factory. It is held on by two bolts on each side. You will also have to unbolt the exhaust bolt to get it off. You can't buy just the kicker insert. You either have to buy a whole rear plastic, or cut a hole in the ER rear plastic (fairly common mod).
