I dont really care for cdi boxes and stuff but I stumbled upon this one. It seems like much more better quality. Has anybody ever used this brand and is it worth the $88?

its just the same as all the aftermarket ones a waist of money!!!! the only way they help you any is if you have a very built motor. because they stop making power befor the stock limeter let alone a aftermarket one.

They are nice, they change the timing curve more to the top. You will notice a change even with as little as a slip-on , air filter and jetting. There alot of people that don't like them and sat the bikes quit making power befor the stick limiter. That's not all they are for. Think about it you need your power after you shift not at the top of the gear, if you rev it out (just saying for arguement sake) another 750rpm when you shift you will be up further in the power by 750rpm thus faster to the max power. This is why the fast guys have some kind of cdi mod done.

yeah i just was thinking about getting it because it said better spark and aggressive timing curves. I dont really care about the higher rpm's. I dont do alot of high rpm riding.
