My daughter has an 07 Outlaw 90cc. Started smoking. Told there is no option to bore it. Is this true? Hate to throw away several hundred dollars on another stock performing motor. I put a clutch kit. Intake kit, high rev cdi and exhaust on it so far. Are there any pistons that will work besides stock bore? Any help is greatly appreciated. Just wasted time and money on new rings. Still smokes. Thank you for any advice

Are you sure its the piston causing it to smoke? Being an 07 it seems too soon for the cylinder to be worn. If its blue smoke then it might be valve seals. If another color, what color? If the cylinder really is worn or out of spec then get it re-sleeved. I assume its nikasil coated.
