I just got done riding well over 100 miles of trail in Danbury WI and noticed that the Gandy Dancer goes all the way to Duluth, but I was wondering if it was possible to make it all the way to the Apostle Islands in Bayfield, WI. I printed out maps of all the legal road routes and trails but so far am not sure on what's off limits as far as the bigger roads, and what connects as to what doesn't. Any input would help! It would be a several hundred mile trip but my dad and I would love the opportunity. Thanks!

I realize I could go from the Gandy Dancer into Duluth then to the Tri-County half way into Bayfield County but it'd rather rather a northern coastal route but that is only labeled as "state road" so does that mean I can't ride it? The county and city roads are all fine but none are direct, and the Tri-County runs south and then I would have to snake my way back up north. Anyway, post any feedback or suggestions. Thanks
