you have to resize your image or use an image hosting site like photobucket, tinypic, etc...

i like photobucket myself pretty easy to use.

max pic size is 200kb so you can use microsoft paint to make the pic smaller and save as jpeg until it fits under 200kb

or use a hosting site, photobucket, tinypic, gmail photos etc.
