ok so i was racin on saturday and during practice i kept losing power and it was starting to sputter out on me so i pulled in and idleing through the pits it was barely running and when i pulled my clutch in and it killed on me. when i went to restart it so it could cool down it wouldnt start and was shooting out puffs of white smoke everytime it turned over. anybody out there have any ideas what might be wrong with it?

ya thats what i was thinkin since when the same problem occurs on a car motor thats usually the problem. but being new to motocross and quad motors i wasnt sure if it would cause a similar problem.

THERE IS A SLIM CHANCE, IF YOUR BREATHER TUBE FROM THE BLOCK, IS STILL STOCK ,AN YOU HAVE TO MUCH OIL IN THE BLOCK THEN IT MAY HAVE GONE INTO THE THROTTLE BODY THREW THE AIR INTAKE AN CAUSE PROBLEMS ,I HAD THIS HAPPEN
IT DID THE SAME THING !

well turns out i blew my head gasket causing the piston to get to hot and seize up. and let me tell you its a long frustrating process to find a place thats close in the midwest to bore out and re-plate a cylinder.
