this quad was 100% rebuilt from ground up using a mix of OEM & aftermarket parts
nothing spared to make it meet my expectations !!
long list of mods / work parts..some are
fully gusseted & powder coated frame ( never was cracked or damaged )
currently it has all oem plastic ( 88-red) with custom graphics , see pic
powdercoated swingarm & A arms & steering stem ,along with all mounting brackets thru out the machine the stock lower Aarms were retrofitted for aftermarket Ball joints & are replacable if ever needed
all brake calipers & master cylinders were 100% rebuilt & the quad has stainless steel brake lines front & rear
about the motor
newer short rod factory crank
stock 86 bottom end / trans rebuilt by Tony Kellner
ported & polished cylinder on 3rd 04 bore ( 86 cylinder)
shaved OEM head uses cr style head gasket
( the motor had over 200psi of compression when last rebuilt )
rebuilt counterbalancer ,rebuilt waterpump when polished clutch right/cover was installed
PE billet clutch basket & all OEM clutch
Boysen cr250 rad reeds
stock carb bored & swirled (forgot the actually bore size)
paul turner "6" pipe & lrd silencer
stock electrics/ ignition with kill tether switch
RTC adjustable brake & clutch levers
large aftermarket gas tank , renthal bars 7 way adjustable steering stabilizer,Maeir handguards
Houser wrist rester installed on steering stem
PEP limited mass shocks w / rezzy 's
newer stock OEM rear axle after market axle loc nut & dual row axle bearing carrier
Douglas 190 wheels ,with re inforc rings Maxxis 6 ply razor tires
A/c belly skid plate & swingarm skid plate
A/c nerf bars & bumpers
the quad is in tip top shape & has always been well maintained !
needs nothing that I am aware of to be ready to go !!
I probably left out or forgot more info on it & will post as I can ..
we do have someone locally interested in the quad .. so it could sell anytime ..but feel free to ask questions or pm me here on the site ,
