If i buy a FCI will i have to buy a power commander? also would it be easy to map?

If you buy a intake you will need a new ecu. PcIII and pcv seem to be most popular. I have heard they have downloadable maps on there web site. Pro com ecu is also becoming a big one to buy cause you can change your fuel and timing along with ten pre programmed maps.
