Well been reading and found this thread on here but not specific to 250r's

so my question is which one will fit my bikes i have 3 different frames
LSR, JP, 87 stock (square tube)
im thinking the 400ex should be the same as the JP and LSR frame anyone care to comment?
i sent him a message to see if he can help or has them available for the 250r specifically.
