putting stock pipe back on 416ex, jetting Q's

hey guys, I'm putting my stock pipe back on my ATV,(going riding on some ''quite land'') its got a bog when im low in the rpm then punch it, high revs are fine, I've already dropped down to a 160 from a 170. I'm thinking its the needle but idk...help would be appreciated!
mods are, 11.1 416 wiseco, stage 2 HC, stock header, k&n filter

I just dropped mine from the 2nd to 3 rd clip. Was doing the same thing, bogging right above idle but upper RPM's were strong. Plug was exactly perfect with a 165 khein. Haven't had a chance to check it out, but the previous tunes I was turning the idle screw up trying to help the bog, helped a tiny bit but when it would get good and hot the bog would come back. I'm running a K&N with outerwears, stock pipe with aftermarket tip and screen, 416 10:1 with stage 1 cam, 42 pilot oh and I'm in Connecticut. Hope this helps, Matt
