There is a little black spring loaded lever on the /RH side of the handle bars...
Push it forward towards the front bumper once started!
Good luck...:D

There is no governor on a trx450r. It has a rev limiter though, but unless u do engine work its not gonna make anymore power after it hits the limiter.

Loosen up the muffler bearings so they spin freely. Sometimes they are too tight from the factory and the resistance will slow you down.

I don`t like changing the torque of the bearings, manual said not to!
I went to Ace Hardware, and bought a MATCHING ceramic set for like $56.00.
Money well spent!

I run 2 lug nut per wheel, less rotating mass = more power

You could get the red powerband and make sure it seats good on the flipple wheel. Its one of the best mods I have done.

my best friends, brother's cousins, aunts ,sisters, sons ,friend used a plastic piston for less weight and ran strait kerosene( with octane boster of corse) and it can beat a 595ex no problem!!!!

Why would you have a 595ex that would be the biggest waste...But as was stated dont forget to adjust your powerband :)
