Personally I prefer to run Precision bar clamps over the flex bars, plus they're cheaper. That with a good puck style dampener, you should be set

Precision clamps come in 7/8" and 1 1/8" so you could still run fat bars with them

One of my friends had Flexx bars on his 450R and he said he didn't like them. He said the bushings kept getting loose and not staying tight so they would rattle the hell out of his hands.

flex bars are a lot of maintnence you have to take them apart press out the bushing and grease them pretty much every race. And a lot of people get arm pump from them the flexing of the bars makes you hold on tighter causing arm pump. I didn't like them now I got precision clamps they work great

I agree the flexxbars are a lot of maintence. The atv fourplay bars are nice and offer the grease zerks and they have progressive dampening to them.

I have a LoneStar Racing Steering stem with Anti-vibration Clamp, these bar clamps seam to help alot and do not give me any arm pump. I had a friend that had flexxbars and he also had to adjust them all the time.

Flex bars are a novel idea with poor execution, not to mention way over-priced. I have ridden several hours with them on several different quads and have not liked them at all.

ATV four play soft bars are much better and actually seem to work as advertised.

Precision clamps plus a good steering stabilizer is an amazing combo.

XC1 pro GNCC racer quotes, " I run flexx because i am sponsored by them, I tightened mine all the way down to where they cant move.. Well i am sure they will move if i hit osmething hard enough, but i dont really notice anything different running without them."

I asked him this question at a local race and i remember he said that exact thing.

I rode an LTR that had them and honest to god, the only thing i noticed is when i hit a log i felt them flexx a little bit but not anything for the money they want for them.

I took the name off because i want sure if it would get them in trouble if i said their name.
