Stock Silencer Needed

Nobody really looks in the wanted to buy section, so i'll add this here since i need to get moving on this project before things get busy..

Hey all, does anybody have a stock 400ex silencer with spark arrestor they would be willing to part with for a small price? I checked on ebay and everybody seems to want $60+ for stock beat up pipes, which is just insane if you ask me. I need an extra for a little project I have. Thanks.

anybody have just a muffler and spark arrestor that has been sitting in a corner for years? it does not have to be in great shape. the mounts will be cut off anyway....:devil:

dual stock pipes for the stricter trails.. i want this thing to be 250ex quiet while still have some power available. i'm really just curious to see if it works as well as the dual HMFs did.

Hey man I've got the stocker off my '05 shoot me a price.

EDIT: Went out to the garage and dug it out. Its actually in good shape no dents or big scratches.. I do not have the stock clamp though.

shipping would be to 61920.

the pipes will both be powdercoated.. haven't decided what color yet. no clamp is needed, as i will be having to modify the inlet on the silencer anyway. i'm going to be mounting it exactly like my HMFs, because i already have the subframe set up for it, and shorties will really just go against the actual goal of this project.

i'm really trying to get something for like $30 shipped. its not a top priority of mine right now, so if i need to i'll wait.

how close are you to peoria or elmwood? i'll be there this weekend..

I have a stock silencer with spark arrestor off of my 2012 400X. It has 19 hours on it and I just took it off this weekend. I am in the Springfield, IL area so shipping should not be too bad.

For $50 i will send it out Saturday morning via FedEx.

when you ran the duals did you run a pipe on both sides of the engine or did you run two on both sides? does the duals give a good performance or is mor of a wow factor?

i run a pipe down each side. its more of a "wow, that's quiet!" factor haha. i did it because i needed a little project and i also needed to be quieter for some trails. here's my thread if you're bored and have a couple days to read haha.
