That's a good price for N. Carolina, seeing as how there's no way to register a dirtbike for street use there. You can find a better deal in other states. 2strokes have oiling problems when you convert them to street. The top end only gets oiled when youre on the gas, which is problematic for street use. A bike like this is all about being a hooligan.
