how to show a pic?

i have a pic of my ex but dont know how to put it in the forum any help? :confused:

when u hit reply, at the bottom (underneath what u write) it says attach file. click browse and find yer picture and then continue as normal.

when you go to post go down to the bottom of the post page and there is a browse button, click it and then you can find the pic:D
