We just picked up a raptor 125 on Saturday to start a new gncc build. We decided to run it stock for a few hours to get a better idea if what will need to be focused on. We noticed after a few hours of track/trail riding the clutch seemed loose. Not really slipping but chattery. Kinda lunges a little.
We took up the slack in the cable but it still seems to do it.
I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this?
Also we put the bike on a dyno with the stock tires and did a few pulls. Again, we need a baseline for future improvements. I was kinda surprised at the results.
Best run was 6 horses w 6 lbs of torque. I know the dyno we used shows a little in the lite side but....not so good.
We will have to work on this for sure.
