will a 250r bumper fit a 400ex?

alright i can get a good deal on a bumper off a 250r, will it just fit perfect? or will it have to be modified? if so wat would i have to do to it?

on most of them the bottom bracket would need to be spread to fit the 400 but it isnt a real big deal.

the bottom flange is narrower on the 250.

someone said i could just use some washers or some spacers and it would work?

well a+ for searching but it will need to be modded if it is a true 250r bumper.

i have both and look at them quite often :)

I got a Duncan bumper off a 250R an just took a grinder an took a little off an it was a perfect fit, no spacers or washers.
