i've been wanting to do this for a while and i'm finally going to do it. i got a butcher that has a 150lb pig soon to be gutted for me. got a good location to cook it inground at. all the basic items needed. has anybody ever cooked any meat inground before? i think they call it pit cooking. just looking for advice.

i've seen it done in hawaii but have no idea on the exact specifics, good luck though! the meat tasted amazing.
