timming cap

ok so some dumb ***** tightned the timming hole cap to tight and now the allen head is striped out any ideas?

cut a slot in it and use a flat head screwdriver to turn it.

Or put the round end of a ball peen hammer into the hole where the allen wrench goes and tap it a few times with another hammer. Not to hard though so you dont crack something. This will cave the sides in a little giving the allen wrench some bite and break the threads loose.

Slot it. Tap it as suggested, get some allen head sockets and use them-better bite and grip.

i got it out guys ez out now where can i get that thing also it the small one

Dealer, Id try online first. Might take some time to come but dealers want $$$ vs online dealers.

That or maybe someone parting it out or ebay.
