Looking to get one and need true feed back, every review I read looks like a copy of the ad for the carb

I have heard nothing but horror stories with them.. The 04-05 450R carb seems to do the best, or if you want to tweak a little more the l06 up FCR style carb..

If a 100 people have them. 99 Said it was a POS and 1 said they got it tuned in and loved it. My buddy had one and he could never get it tuned in right. Maybe thats why they dont make them anymore.

Not that bad of a carb but remember, Edelbrock does NOT make these carbs anymore. The division has been shelved and I would think that parts will be even harder to get in the near future. If your are going to spend money on a carb at least spend it on something you can get parts for. I have a eddy and I wish I would have gone the fcr route just for that reason. Besides that if you need parts, you should be able to go to a local dealer not having to wait on hold for twenty minutes just to be told that you can not get the part you need.
