fly wheel bolt question

what is the tread size of the fly wheel bolt so i can get a tap and die, 1/2-20 is too big its loose ont he bolt, and 7/16-20 is too small........would it be a 11/32 bc i cant find one anywhere

it's metric.

Just take it to your local hardware store, and check it against their gauge.
