hey guys noticed some counterbalancer bearing play today. How much is too much? I am going to post a video later of how much it has and maybe you guys could help out and see if it needs replacement...how much is the bearing and whats required to take it out and change? thanks

looks worn out to me you better change it because it will brake your case happened to my buddy a few weaks ago cant remember how much the bearing cost but i know it was cheaper than a new case and yea the two bolts hold it in there and you will probably need to take it somewhere cause i think the gear need pressed of then the bearing and then pressed back on in the right position unless you got the tools then you could do it just put a mark on the gear and the saft so you can line it up

There is a good chance your CB bearing holder bearing is bad also. You need to pull it also. I can walk you threw both if you need to. Fairly easy fix.

Might want to make sure the case Is not beat out around the outside of the bearing. They will usually wear from the top to the bottom. I have sleeved them before to save the case.
