I decided to go another route on my motor build, so this whole setup is for sale. It would make a great low-mid motor.

ESR 265PV - Pro-X Cylinder, aluminum bore with Nikasil plating, there is a small pitted area near the intake ports, but it was freshly diamond honed by LA sleeve and they said it should not affect performance. Cylinder comes with piston, head, and pump gas dome. Race gas dome also comes with it, but it needs to be run with a CR flat-top piston. Also comes with 2 sets of brand new head o-rings, and the PV was just rebuilt. - SOLD

What is the bore on the cylinder? The flat top Cr250 pistons only come in limited sizes.

The bore is 68.50mm.

Flat top pistons are available for this bore size, and remember it is a Nikasil plated aluminum bore, so if it is kept up, there is no need to bore it ever.

However, as I said before, I had a pump gas dome made for standard pistons. It comes with that as well as a brand new 68.50 piston.

How do you tighten the cylinder to bottom end mounting nuts? It looks like there's no room to get a wrench in there.

You can do it with an open end wrench. They make something that goes on a torque wrench to tighten it properly.
