I'm at .040 over with a stock cam, HMF slip on. We're at 160 main, and 42 pilot, adjuster at 2 turns. The air box lid has been drilled for additional air flow. We may be a little rich, but I'd rather error on the rich side and not be too lean....

If going with the stage 2 hot cam do i need to run with out the air bow lid or just drill some holes in it?

I'm not sure about the cam, someone much smarter than I will reply.

The cam doesnt require jetting. The bore will not change it very much either, the pipe will tho, a 160 main will probably be close to wear you need to be, maybe a 162, and 42 pilot will be good and adjust the screw from there

.60? Last I recall they only make .20, .40, .80 and .120 aka 402, 407,416, 426 and then of course you got the 440 (I forget the actual overbore specs).

All the info you need is here: http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=445695&highlight=jetting+placement

Does the 42 pilot jet help with the cold starts
