does anyone know what brand of hood this is and where i can buy one?

That could be an old quadtech or any of the other brands. I can point you in the direction of a nice hood just go to fwcarbon.com :)

That hood was manufactured by Performance Carbon Products; however, I'm not sure they're still in business. Notice the PC Products decal at the nose of the hood.
