04 450r carb broken pilot jet

i bought a 450r carb to go on my 440ex and the pilot jet was frozen inside of it. i managed to get it out but there is still brass in the threads. can anyone tell me the right size tap to clean the treahs up with?

I'd first try a 50/50 mix of acetone, and ATF, let it soak for a little while, then try using a very stiff, steel bristled, "bottle brush". possibly a little tapping on the side, and possibly heating it up a bit too.

Use Extreme Caution, and DO NOT have any Acetone in the proximity of a heat source.

The Bottle Brushes come in various sizes, and are available at your local hardware store, home depot, harbor freight, etc.

It's worth trying first.
