does it matter what rims i get from .125 to .160 to .190? i know the .190 are the strongest but what does that actually mean?.... will the rims withstand denting from rock, or just warping upon launching the bike in the air or what. plus what are the stockers? .190s?

Stock rims have a rolled edge and therefor are much stronger than douglas rims. unless you buy douglas rolled edge that is. .125's are very easy to bend because they are so thin, and even .190's if you just have your quad for show you can buy some douglas rims and polish them up real nice. But if you ride in rocky conditions you are sure to bend them pretty good. I know I put some pretty wicked dings in mine. another option for you would be to get the douglas's with the race rings welded in them, because that makes them stronger than rolled edge rims.
