I have an 04 predator 50 2 stroke w/ 16mm Sunworld and Uni clamp-on. The only other mods are oil injection removed and Boyesen reeds. It still has stock exhaust, elevation is 1000ft. Anybody have a good starting point? I've got a handful of mains, not sure if I'll need any extra pilots? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just want to thank Doug10 for the help, got everything squared away and running good for most of the weekend. I think I'm having throttle cable issues now lol. Seems like it started sticking after riding for awhile. Maybe I need the aftermarket single cable?

Did you end up going with a 22.5p and a 100 main?

I still have the stock cable with no problems yet, i just took it apart with it goes from 1 to 2 and removed the entire cable so there would be no issues in the future. One day ill get a single cable.

Single pull cable should be installed and it will make the throttle easier to push also.

I have the 22.5 pilot, needle in lowest clip and 95 main for now. I have a 100 main, I may use it if I install that pipe. I guess clutch parts are next. I'll check the cable and see about pulling the injection side off. Who has the best priced aftermarket cable?
