GPR on an ARS FX stem

ok just installed my stem today (ARS FX) and im going to put my top mount gpr on. i cant find my bushings and metal washer that go on there, but it doesnt look like its going to fit, it looks like the arm will be rubbing, has anybody run into this?

Post some pics. There shouldn't be a problem. I've ran GPRs on all my bikes with no issues.
