View Full Version : no spark on a blaster?

got no spark just installed a new top end thats it put it back together and no spark any ideas

Did you happen to remove the stator for any reason? What about the CDI? Did it happen to get unplugged?

Also, remove the spark plug and keep it plugged into the plug wire. Hold the ground strap of the plug on a non-painted head bolt and have somebody watch for spark. Is there any? Have you tried changing the plug yet?

plug that silly switch on the carb safety deal (the thing just above the carb w/ the adjuster screw).. back in :)

no i didn't touch nething but the top end... and it doesn't have a blaster carb it has a sled \ lt250r carb

try changing your spark pug and if that doesnt work then get a new spark pug cap to put on it hopefully that will work for ya

try changing the spark plug coil assambley peice and if that doesn't work get your coils tested hope that works for ya man
