how many hours your getting on esr pistons

I'm just wondering how long are people getting out of their esr setups . I have 16 hrs on mine . At 13 hrs I pulled the topend off to report it . Piston looked brand new . I would like to catch it before she bombs . She has had a blown oring killed as soon as it happened change oring she ran great . Then when I pulled cylinder off notice she was leaking again slightly . Head studs backed out . Relocktight them back . Good as new . So what do you guys think .

I hear 40-50 is avg. but I bet with tighter clearance like .002-.003 it would run for almost twice that.
