Video cameras

Ok, so im on a really tight budget. Im looking for a decent HD video camera around the 200$ range.

Its for my little brother who is just starting to ride as well ( he doesnt want a helmet cam)

Will i find anything decent in this price range or should i just say F - it and get him something else?

Idk if you'll find a HD cam for that much but I have a JVC Everio and it seems to take fairly good video. unless your good with a camera a tripod is nice to use.

It was 150 on sale and we got one with an already opened box for 125
