gear ratio

i am set wit a 14 front and 38 rear
im thinking o going to a 15 front 36 rear
mabe 16 front 36 rear

i have a looot of torque an im looking for some more top end but dont want to lose all the torque. trying to go about 70-75mph in the longshot

any one no about gear ratios and what might happen.
