how often do i chang my oil

how often should i chang my oil i have a 440 and i race and how often should i chang the piston and rings

If your racing I would change the oil more often like every other race[to be safe] also make sure your running a good quality oil.& don't forget about the filter!!as far as piston & ring when it starts to burn oil[like when first start it will blow black smoke] have a compresion test done on it,if it's low time to rip into it....

i would say change ur oil every 10 hrs if u race real hard.
