Ive had to use a small cold chisel and had to tap them in the off direction till they start to move, just make sure the movement is forced to turn and not put pressure on the studs, then used a closed end 6 point wrench

Take a "spare" wrench to a grinding wheel of some sort and remove the extra till it fits.

try heating it up w a torch and then touch a birthday candle to the nut and stud til the wax melts and runs down in to it and then wrench it. I kno it sounds crazy but it works ive done it twice now in order to crack my base studs loose from the case. I learned it from a guy who ran a machine shop and it works great!!!

what does the wax do to the stuck bolts? does it act like wd40 or a different penetrating oil? interesting!!!

Every mechanic I know has a wax candle of some sort in their box...
