What would you guys buy first, a hotcam, a-arms, shocks, or a new swingarm??

Cause I have enough money for one of them, but I dont know what to get first.

And these are for the new 400, not the 250.

shocks and a-arms, no doubt!
I wouldnt buy just shocks, because then you'd have to get them re-valved when you get the longer a-arms...

So when I need new shocks, I should order a set of a-arms with it? Like +1, or +2?

Just save up a lil longer and get both at the same time, and get the shocks valved for the longer a-arms, whichever lenght ya get.
I'd say go for a +3 arm, then a 4:1 wheel, that'll give you a nice wide quad with almost no bumpsteer!

Who makes +3 a-arms?? I dont think Houser does, do they?

I have about $800.00 saved up, whats the best I can get for that much? (Shocks, and A-arms)

Herrmann makes a +3 for $535
You cant get a good set of shocks with only $265
Save up a lil longer bro, if your gonna do it, do it the right way!
If you found a nice set of used +3 arms, you could then save some $!
Works Tripple rates with rezzys should do good for ya!

Well when I wanted a set of shocks for the 250, Colby told me that Works Fronts were only $295, brand new

Everyone pretty much has the right idea I would say. If it matters I set my quad up with shocks first and I regret not waiting until I got a arms. Now that I have purchased a arms I have to go through the hassle of getting the front shocks revalved. Also you can always do the front and then as soon as you can get an axle and just put it in your stock swing arm if your pressed for cash. And hey what kind of shocks are you gonna get for 265? LOL.. Not calling anybody a liar, just really curious what kind they are? Well if you have anymore questions bro you can write me. I'll help you out the best I can.

if i was you, the cheapest shock i would get would be a works tripple with rezzies, rezzies make the shock so much better

I found a pair of Works Tripple Rates W/Rezzies really cheap. I think the price of them was only $325, brand new.
