1986 Swingarm questions

Putting together my '86 (complete rebuild) and it seems like I'm missing a part or parts. Is there anything that goes between the two dustcaps that are on the swingarm bolt? The dust caps don't seem to have anything keeping them on other than the o-ring and they pop off.

Second issue, there's a fair amount of side to side freeplay in the swingarm, seems like its coming from between the holes in the frame and the swingarm bolt. Is it the bolt worn down, welded washers worn, or am I missing something (back to the first question)?

There is a engine mount that goes on the inside of the rear swing arm. It goes between the two inner dust caps. It will mount to the two rear engine mounts.
