Completely Fresh 86 310 engine/carb/pipe

I have a completely rebuilt 86 bottom end w/an esr310 cylinder. Engine has 10 hours on bottom end and around 30 on cylinder. Bike runs awesome and is broken in ready to ride. also have a matching 38mm airstryker, jetted and ready to go as well as reed spacer and rad valve terry cable throttle housing and custom built throttle cable.
would take 1300 for this whole setup
would also include the esr trx6 pipe and lrd turn down for 1400
separate i'd take 250 shipped for the complete pipe setup.
