04 450r help!!

my fan quit working so I ordered on, just for kicks I tested it on my battery charger and it worked. tested wires according to the manual and still cant get it running. My temp light won't even come on and have fan wired to stay on all the time, so it should be on, any help would be appreciated. got to get going for red bud next weekend. thanks

the temp light does not come on when the fan is opperating. are you sure your quad is reaching the tempeture required to turn the fan on?

yes it is reaching temp fan is wired to run all the time that the quad is running. I have power in the wire coming to the fan but fan won't run in quad.
