hey guys just what your opionion on what my quad is worth i thought about 2300 but not sure it has every thing in my sig except now it has brand new razr tires all around and a lsr carrier

Maybe $2900, look on Craiglists for other 400ex's and see how much they are pricing them for.

those look like stock a-arms, so you just have wheel spacers and flipped wheels right?? (they look flipped to me but not 100% sure)

So is the back just wheel spacers too?

That will make a big defference to some people, alot of people dont like them but i think to the right person you can get 2500.

Around here we have some people that try and sell there junk as gems for way more than what its worth then every once in a while a real nice quad will show up under 2k.

And ive even seen some decent 450r's go for like 1800.

If your gonna list it on craigslist and you want to get 2300 then list that you want 2500 or best offer and see if someone offers 23.

i picked up a CLEAN 03 with a couple parts for 1000$ off CL (it was a steal as the person really needed the money i think) i see most people asking 2600 or around. to me there are 4 things that really help sell bikes at their true value.

-Clean it up the best you ever have, fresh oil and filter.
-if its missing any pop rivits or visible screws make sure they are replaced
-be as accurate as you can in your description
-Tons of GOOD quality pictures! (this shows you arent hiding anything) to me there is nothing worse then an ad with 1 tiny blurry cell phone picture!

I have to disagree. I sold my MX built flawlessly clean 400ex on Craigslist for $2800. And it took me 2 months to sell it.

His is worth $1800-2000 MAX.

thanks guys im thinking 2100 im not going to sell it till next season any way and i can easyly take the spacers off even though i love them and yes i race and hit huge jump all the time lol

Ya usually i stray away from wheel spacers just personal preference for me.

I think you could get 2100 but just depends on who wants it and what time of year it is.

Something is only worth what a person will pay for it so you have to find the right person with the right amount of $$ to sell it and sometimes it takes a while especially now. And when summer start to com to an end around here and its starts to get cool again prices drop on all kinds of quads and prices are sky high on snowmobiles and winter machines.

If the people are smart most wait till just before snowfall to buy quads then turn around and sell them in the spring usually you can make a decent profit doing this.

the only 400s going for more than 2k in my area are REALLY built. there is a 460 stroker going for 2200 atm and it is clean. Yours in omaha nebraska would be around 1500-1600 id say

Built older model 400s go for around $2300-3000 here in Kentucky . There was just a XC built bike on craigslist that had houser arms, g-force axle, built motor, hipers, new maxxis razr/razr2s, fullbore plastic, this thing had it all , and it only sold for $2600 . Giving the way urs looks(Stock a-arms, stock axle, i mean its pretty much stock besides bolt ons) ive seen a couple around here like urs (that need new tires or a couple minor things) that have sold for $1250-1500 depending on condition.
