2004 400ex motor in 2002 400ex

I recently messed up my motor and it is way to expensive to fix so we are going to buy a new motor. We have found a really good 2004 400ex motor but my 400ex is a 2002. I was wondering if it would fit?

1999-2004 are totally identical. Should bolt right up.
