Anybody else get piss poor service from laeger's

So I have a set of plus 2 Laegers a-arms on my EX , The upper ball joints are shot. I have had them for a while so I am just going to chalk it up to normal wear and tear . I have tried to call them numerous times. Daily for a week straight. Left messages, Etc. Nothing , not a return call not a kiss my *** , nothing. I have an oregon trip coming up next monday and I am in a hurry to get it fixed . Finally They answer and I was able to order them as well as pay for expedited shipping so I can get them in time ( still have not seen them by the way, supposed to get them today ) So my question is... is that normal from them ? Next time I better buy else where if I want customer service !!

I think at the south jetty as well as a couple other spots, I dont know the area too well so I am sure Im missing out on some good riding spots ! Horsefall sounds familiar just not sure which one it is. There will be about 8 of us with a red rhino, red 400ex , black 400ex , red 450r , blue polaris trailboss and a little 125 atc. will be there until thursday.
