Cracked swingarm........need opinions

I came outside this morning to lookover my atv and i noticed the adjuster (moves the axle in or out) was cracked off! only thing that may have caused this is manually unloading it from my truck. It is only the piece where you would stick a screwdriver or pry bar in the adjust the chain tension. My question is, will I be able to put my new chain on and be able to ride it as is? Or am I just screwed because I just spent all my money yesterday getting new parts and gear.

BTW it's a stock 2000 300ex
