my 300ex has slipped the notches out of 2 front sprockets. i keep the bolts tight. dont no wat im doin wrong tell me what i can do. any help wuld be preciated

Really tight chain? In need of some chain lube? Cheap sprockets?

Replace your chain, rear sprocket, and front sprocket. If what I think is going on here is true.

Yep if your chain and rear sprocket are worn The worn chain will quickly eat the front sprocket.
You can find complete sets reasonable at flea bay.
If you want it to last go with a O-ring chain, and don't forget the lube
