Ignition coil

I have an ATV gsmoon xyst260 and these last 2 days its stops and did not want to start.I went to my garage and noticed that from the coil no spark was coming out but supply on it ok.I changed the coil with a standard one not the factory one because before the coil was replaced twice and the last time before this was put a standard one like I put now.The problem I have now is the engine start and after 3 mins it shut down and I noticed also that the CDI box gets a little bit hot is this normal on ATV?I can't find any thing else is there is someone tell me what is happening.I forgot I also changed the DCI but same problem occur.
