handle bars help

I'm debating whether to get Pro taper or Easton EXP handle bars. Anyone have any experience with either bars? Or any other bars anyone want to vouch for? I'm not interested in flexx bars or anything like that.
Also, I cannot figure out what bend to get?? What is the most comfortable bend to get for rough trail riding/gncc racing? I have stock stem with 1 1/8th risers. Any help and insight is appreciated.

Don't have any experience with Easton but I can vouch for Pro Taper's EVO. Great bar, no vibration, very strong, and looks good too.
